Black Sea Creatives - Hack A Ton

A hands-on day at Noi Cafe where participants learned Lovable and ElevenLabs and built a working startup idea in a few hours.
What can you build in a few hours when you have the right tools, a good idea, and a little room to experiment?
On August 17, creators, builders and curious minds came together at Noi Cafe for Black Sea Creatives – HackATon, a hands-on day built around one challenge:
Build something useful that didn’t exist… A few hours ago.
We started the day by getting familiar with the tools behind the challenge. Carmen Gerea introduced participants to Lovable and ElevenLabs, walking through what the platforms can do and how they can be used to turn an idea into something tangible.
From there, everyone had to take it further.
Participants developed their own startup ideas, combining the tools they had just discovered with their own creativity. Some came in with an idea already in mind, while others started from scratch and figured it out along the way.
Then came the building part.
For a few hours, the room shifted from learning to doing. People tested, adjusted, experimented, solved problems and slowly turned their initial concepts into something they could actually show.
The day ended with the demos.
Everyone had the chance to present what they had built, explain the idea behind it and get feedback. Carmen helped participants look at their projects from different angles, offering practical advice, questions and ideas on how they could take them further.
That was probably the most valuable part of the day: seeing how a simple idea could evolve within just a few hours when you have the tools, the space and other people around you to build alongside.
A big thank you to everyone who joined us, to Carmen Gerea, and to Lovable × ElevenLabs for making the day possible.
And thank you to Noi Cafe for giving us the space to create.
One idea. A few hours. Something new to show at the end.
That’s a pretty good way to spend a Monday.
